Corruption Indian society

I am deeply hurt whilst seeing around me that society is/has accepted that corruption is omnipresent. It has started believing that corruption cannot be eradicated. Pessimism is everywhere. ordinary people has no option to tolerate corrupt practices in their day to day life.Nobody fears about the oath taken by them at time of joining their govt. duties, this specially for Govt. employees. While I was a kid I used to dream to become a good person when i become mature, i used to have Ideals ,Ideal persons. But now the young kids have no any ideals, I think.

I myself a govt. employee. When you are straightforward and non-corrupt you become unwanted by power that be. They are shunned,avoided and not care-taken-of. Most of the Officers want pliable persons who can do any type of work , job ,it may be good or bad.No-one fear about wrongdoings, God,rules and regulations. In such a atomosphere it is completely difficult to do your determined job with loyalty,sincerety.

I still see some Officer,Persons who are doing their work,job without expecting any additional,illlegal financial benefit. Their no. is hardly 1% to whom i look to for inspiration for going on and on
